With a rich heritage and a passion for premium wines, we represent some of the world’s finest wine agencies. We are now looking for a Key Account Executive to join our National Multiple On-Trade team — someone who embodies our values and is ready to make an impact.

The Role
This is an exciting ambassadorial role representing us and our exceptional wine portfolio across our national on-trade accounts. Based primarily in London, you will be the key point of contact for over 120 sites and will be responsible for building relationships, delivering activations and supporting growth through expert wine knowledge and commercial insight.

Your Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Drive wine sales and profitability through training, wine list management, and in-outlet marketing
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across 120+ outlets
  • Support the delivery of sales budgets, profit targets, and strategic initiatives
  • Implement marketing activations and improve brand visibility on-site
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline service and solutions
  • Analyse customer data to optimise stock levels, forecasting, and ROI
  • Manage pricing issues, promotional budgets, and ordering systems
  • Represent the brand at tastings, events, and after-hours functions

What We Are Looking For

  • A confident communicator with a passion for wine and premium brands
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, ambassadorial attitude
  • Proven experience in the wine or hospitality industry
  • Holds a WSET Level 2
  • Highly organised with great planning, analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and comfortable travelling regularly within London and nationwide
  • A creative, solutions-focused mindset with a flair for spotting trends and opportunities

Working Pattern

This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and whilst the core hours are 9:00 to 17:30 there will be some evenings or weekend work required. Some events may necessitate travel overseas, so a valid passport is necessary.

Work Location

You will be field based but will need to live within commuting distance to central London due to the client base you will be looking after. Our head office is based in central London and there will be times when you are also expected to work from there.

  • Up to £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a bonus based on the achievement of KPIs
