Job summary

Hyve Group in London is seeking a high-impact sales professional to drive new business and expand client revenue across sponsorships and exhibitions. You will present to senior stakeholders, manage a robust international pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling sponsorship solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to hit targets, with hybrid working in a global events environment. Travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in strategic account development.
  • Strong experience of new business sales and working to and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in solution-selling and securing sponsorships.
  • Experience of selling to international customers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Impeccable pipeline management and experience managing accurate sales pipeline on CRM.
  • Strong presentation skills – face to face and by phone or Teams calls.
  • Experience working in the b2b fashion / retail sector is desirable but non-essential.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – persuasive, confident and good listening skills.
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills – good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship building skills (senior stakeholders up to C‑Suite level).

Responsibilities

  • Drive and secure new business and grow existing client revenue across all product offerings including sponsorship and exhibition sales.
  • Deliver presentations to large audiences of potential clients and industry & government-affiliated stakeholders through Teams meetings and F2F, becoming an ambassador for Hyve Group and the UK market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly personal revenue targets.
  • Develop self-sourced leads for new business opportunities utilizing sector knowledge & desk research, social media, industry and competitor events, and various online tools.
  • Ensure full understanding of clients’ business objectives/requirements as well as ROI/ROT.
  • Craft clearly written solution-based proposals built upon prospective client business objectives. Work closely with relevant internal teams to craft impactful sponsorship opportunities, including content, marketing, operations and client relations.
  • Prompt follow-up of marketing generated leads in CRM system to conduct initial outreach to arrange calls and/or meetings to qualify prospects. Cultivate and grow relationships with your clients through regular contact beyond just the close of sale.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPI’s and sales activities (calls, meetings, proposals, contracts, etc)
  • Maintain and update weekly pipeline reports and ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Maintain organized, detailed, and accurate CRM client record management.
  • On-site event client rebooking responsibilities, collect and report on client feedback.
  • Must be willing and able to travel internationally as needed.

Key Responsibilities
