Job Description:

Role Purpose: The Key Account Coordinator manages mass customers and operational transactions in partnership with the Team Leader, Key Accounts and Senior Manager, Key Accounts. The role involves supporting communications across all functions, especially commercial and operations, assisting with sales project administration, tracking delivery status, and resolving discrepancies. The coordinator provides excellent customer service and manages administrative functions for designated accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support accounts by fielding account-specific calls and emails, developing relationships with key clients in the French market.
  • Maintain open order workbook, linking with operations and accounts teams.
  • Provide sales data analysis and weekly reporting to Sales Manager and customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Planning teams on execution and delivery of initiatives.
  • Communicate pricing changes to the Sales Manager.
  • Attend sales meetings and conference calls.
  • Maintain accurate records and information reflecting Funko details.
  • Ensure high customer service standards when resolving queries.
  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc requests.
  • Participate in product and brand training for new and existing lines.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Understanding of customer logistics needs and vendor compliance.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, retail partners, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude.

  • Discretion with confidential information.
  • Proactive and able to work at pace.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
