We are currently seeking a French Speaking - Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Support team in Bridgwater, UK.

Your opportunity

Maintain and enhance the luxury customer service experience by supporting our North American Commercial Optical Sales Team, meeting organizational and operational targets to maximize business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and managing Brand Ambassadors within designated regions, handling phone and email inquiries, ensuring timely responses aligned with KPIs.
  • Supporting the Optical Sales Channel with account management for Elite Customers and Strategic Retailers based on their SLA.
  • Conducting monthly regional calls with the Sales Team to discuss process improvements and updates.
  • Validating active Quarterly Promotions and supporting sales events and organizational activities.
  • Managing customer data, order flow, delivery coordination, and supporting returns in compliance with trade terms.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for commercial, logistics, and product claims issues.
  • Issuing sales reports and participating in ad hoc sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Account Management and customer service.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Experience with SAP and sales processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of order-to-cash, Incoterms, customs, and Office Suite.
  • Customer-oriented, flexible, results-focused, and innovative.
