The Kent Hospital Graduate Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program designed to support new graduate registered nurses who recently have graduated from an accredited nursing program, and those registered nurses with less than 1 year of experience. Positions available for the Nurse Residency program on Med‑Surg Units and in the Float Pool. Programs are also offered for those candidates interested in the ED and OR.
Upon completion of the Kent Hospital Nurse Residency Program, you will be well prepared to be an integral part of the nursing team.
