Greyhound Trust seeks a Kennel Manager to lead the Harvel Centre operations. You will manage staff and volunteers, oversee homing processes, and ensure welfare standards align with policy and legislation.

Based at Croft View, Gravesend, 40 hours per week with weekend/evening rota. Salary is dependant on experience. A rewarding role transforming retired racing greyhounds into loving homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in running an animal care/homing centre.
• Proven ability to lead staff and volunteers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Harvel Centre.
• Ensure high standards of greyhound welfare and homing processes.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff and volunteers; monitor performance.
• Coordinate fundraising, community events and partnerships.
