Northbuild Recruitment is seeking a CSCS carded labourer / site operative for an IMMEDIATE START on a large residential new build site in Kendal (LA8). The role is long-term with Monday to Friday work and an early start.

Typical duties include general site labouring, assisting trades, keeping site tidy and safe, and complying with site rules. Weekly pay rates quoted, CIS or Umbrella options available.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required and validity must be current.
• Previous experience in a similar labouring role on residential sites is advantageous.

We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently looking to fill the below Long Term Labouring role in Kendal, Lancaster (LA8).

CSCS Carded labourer / site operative required for an IMMEDIATE START on a Large Residential New Build Site in Kendal, Lancaster (LA8).

Previous experience in a similar role completing these duties is highly valuable accompanied with recent & relveant referencs to secure this position.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30am to 16:30pm 8.5 / 9hrs a day paid at £16.80ph CIS or UMBRELLA on a weekly basis - LONG TERM ROLE
