Safeguard Scaffolding North West Limited is seeking a reliable CSCS Labourer for a high-profile construction project in Kendal. The role offers an immediate start and the chance to join a leading main contractor on a busy site.

You will perform general labouring, assist tradespeople, assist with rip-outs and waste, and help maintain a tidy and safe working environment in line with site procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a labourer on a construction site.
• Experience with rip-outs and skip loading preferred.
• Strong work ethic and good reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general labouring duties across site.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople as required.
• Completing rip-out works safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading materials and filling skips.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring work areas are kept tidy.
• Following all site health & safety procedures at all times.
