You’ll be enabling KDN to accelerate new ways of working, using cutting-edge technology and working together with our member firms located in nearly 150 countries to help us achieve our ambition to be the most trusted professional services firm. Through your work, you’ll build a global network and unlock opportunities that you may not have thought possible, with access to great support, vast resources, and an inclusive, supportive environment to help you reach your full potential.

  • Provide technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming the logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains.
  • Conduct research and participate in the development of roadmaps, including right solution selection, versions, upgrades, projects, and milestones; communicate best practices through presentations, collaboration with project teams, and authoring content to educate others about standards, strategies, and defined best practices.
  • Lead technology evaluations by identifying a weighted feature matrix for specific needs and evaluating and scoring products against the desired features; research activities include readings, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and lab testing.
  • Collaborate with project teams to assist in solution implementation by providing guidance to application, engineering, and operations teams; work individually and collaboratively with team members to ensure breadth and granularity of strategies, standards, and reference architectures for consistency and integration.

This is the job for you if you have...

  • Strong understanding of solution architecture on ServiceNow platforms, along with the integration of other SaaS solutions with these platforms.
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations, demos, architecture functional and technical roadmaps, and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management and technical expertise.

Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in the development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities.
  • General understanding of technical architecture capabilities for networking, security, servers, and data.
  • Experience or certification in architecture frameworks and experience with application architecture roadmaps, along with defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align both business and technical capabilities to explain the architecture.
