Role Summary
The Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead supports the solution onboarding program across all KDN functions (Audit, Tax, Advisory). The role involves supporting KDN leadership, central teams, and delivery centers to align on onboarding priorities. Responsibilities include driving requirements gathering for solutions, working on the Target Operating Model (TOM) Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy, and developing a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation to facilitate TOM Blueprint creation. The role also involves implementing and tracking KPIs for the onboarding process, and identifying, validating, and executing process improvements to streamline onboarding.
