Role Summary

The Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead supports the solution onboarding program across all KDN functions (Audit, Tax, Advisory). The role involves supporting KDN leadership, central teams, and delivery centers to align on onboarding priorities. Responsibilities include driving requirements gathering for solutions, working on the Target Operating Model (TOM) Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy, and developing a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation to facilitate TOM Blueprint creation. The role also involves implementing and tracking KPIs for the onboarding process, and identifying, validating, and executing process improvements to streamline onboarding.

How you will make your mark

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions
  • Lead the design of the TOM, ensuring scalability and alignment with KDN’s goals
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders including GDC Transformation, HR, and Technology teams
  • Develop detailed plans for implementing new processes, technology, organizational structures, and performance measures
  • Guide the implementation of the TOM, managing timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Communicate progress and achievements of TOM implementation to stakeholders

This is the job for you if you have

  • Professional experience leading transformation programs in Fortune 500 companies aligned with business objectives
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; Master's or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in deploying Global Delivery Models such as Business Services, Captive Shared Services, COE
  • Proven experience in organizational strategy and high-performing team building
  • Strategic thinking to drive discussions in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to lead presentations translating data into actionable plans
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects using frameworks including risk management and budgeting
