Role Summary

The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions, i.e., Audit, Tax, and Advisory. It will support KDN leadership, central teams, and delivery centers to align on priorities to onboard solutions. The responsibility of the role is to drive requirements gathering for solutions and work through the Target Operating Model (TOM) Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. The focus will be on drafting and refining a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive the TOM Blueprint. Additionally, the role involves implementing and tracking KPIs on the performance of the solution onboarding process, identifying, validating, and implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline the onboarding process.

How you will make your mark

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions
  • Lead the design of the TOM, ensuring it is scalable and aligned with KDN’s goals
  • Liaise with multiple KDN and external stakeholders, e.g., GDC Transformation, HR, Technology team
  • Develop detailed plans for implementing new processes, technology, organizational structures, and performance measures
  • Provide guidance on TOM implementation, managing timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Communicate progress and achievements of TOM implementation to key stakeholders

This is the job for you if you have

  • Professional experience leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies in alignment with business objectives
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master's or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in Global Delivery Model deployments, e.g., Business Services, Captive Shared Services, Centers of Excellence (COE)
  • Proven experience in organizational strategy and design, building high-performing teams to create value through execution
  • Ability to apply strategic perspectives in a matrixed organization
  • Strong presentation, data translation, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking in complex situations
  • Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and oral advocacy skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Experience collaborating across functions and levels within organizations
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks, issues and risks management, project planning, and budgeting
