Role Summary

The Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead supports onboarding programs across all KDN functions—Audit, Tax, and Advisory. The role involves aligning priorities with KDN leadership and teams, gathering requirements, and developing Target Operating Model (TOM) blueprints aligned with KDN strategies. The focus is on creating and refining a repeatable TOM methodology with supporting documentation, implementing KPIs, and driving process improvements.

How you will make your mark

• Act as a subject matter expert on the Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions.
• Lead the design of scalable TOMs aligned with KDN goals.
• Liaise with stakeholders including GDC Transformation, HR, and Technology teams.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for new processes, technology, and organizational structures.
• Guide TOM implementation, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Communicate progress and achievements to stakeholders.
