Role Summary

The Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead supports the onboarding program across all KDN functions, including Audit, Tax, and Advisory. The role involves aligning priorities with KDN leadership and teams, driving requirements gathering, and developing a repeatable methodology for the Target Operating Model (TOM) Blueprint, including tracking KPIs and process improvements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the TOM framework for all solutions
  • Lead the design of scalable TOM aligned with KDN’s goals
  • Collaborate with KDN and external stakeholders (GDC Transformation, HR, Technology)
  • Develop detailed implementation plans for new processes, technology, and organizational structures
  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for TOM implementation
  • Communicate progress and achievements to stakeholders

  • Experience leading transformation programs in Fortune 500 companies
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or higher preferred
  • Experience in Global Delivery Model deployments (Business Services, CoE, Captive Shared Services)
  • Proven organizational strategy and high-performance team building experience
  • Strategic thinking in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
