Role Summary

The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions, i.e., Audit, Tax, and Advisory. It will support KDN leadership, central teams, and delivery centers to align on priorities to onboard solutions. The responsibility of the role is to drive the requirements gathering phase for solutions and work through the Target Operating Model (TOM) Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. The focus of the role will be drafting and improvising a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive the TOM Blueprint. Additionally, it will be to implement and track KPIs on the performance of the solution onboarding process; identify, validate, and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline the solution onboarding process.

How you will make your mark

• Act as a subject matter expert on the Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions
• Lead the design of the TOM, ensuring it is scalable and aligned with KDN’s goals.
• Liaise with multiple KDN and external stakeholders, e.g., GDC Transformation, HR, Technology team, etc.
• Develop detailed plans for the implementation of new processes, technology, organizational structures, and performance measures
• Provide guidance around the implementation of the TOM, managing timelines, resources, and budgets
• Provide guidance around communicating progress and achievements of the TOM implementation to key stakeholders

This is the job for you if you have

• Professional experience in leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies in alignment with overall business objectives
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in Global Delivery Model deployments, e.g., Business Services, Captive Shared Services, Centers of Excellence (COE)
• Proven experience enacting organizational strategy and design while building a high-performing team to create value through execution
• Ability to apply a strategic perspective to drive discussions in a matrixed organization
• Ability to structure, articulate, and lead presentations to translate data into actionable business plans
• Demonstrated strategic thinking in complex situations
• Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills
