Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a skilled KDB Developer to support global financial institutions. The role involves operating as a subject matter expert, designing and implementing data solutions, and collaborating across the software lifecycle.

You will engage with users for requirements, deploy applications, and assist with configurations and training. Applicants should have 3+ years in software development with KDB+/Q, strong programming skills in Java/C++/Python, and experience with deployment

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a software engineering or development role with KDB+/Q.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, science, or technology.
• Demonstrable track record of developing successful software solutions in Java/C++/Python.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our global clients as part of our KDB+ consulting practice.
• Act as SME for product installations and customization.
• Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing and deployment.
• Interact with users to understand requirements and integration needs, deploy applications, assist with user configurations, troubleshoot issues and train users.
• Support users in accessing and querying data.
