We are looking for candidates within a 20-mile radius of St Albans, covering areas like Essex, Hertfordshire, London.

Please ensure you meet the following criteria before applying:

• Hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Have face-to-face Account Management experience, preferably in fast-track building processes or selling to large property developers

Additional attributes:

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage your own diary effectively
• Presentable with confident communication skills
• Motivated, eager to succeed, reliable team player

Key responsibilities include site visits, liaising with contractors and housing associations, maintaining relationships, seeking additional contracts, up-selling, managing quotations, and staying informed about industry competitors.

Desirable experience includes possessing a CSCS Card, which is required four weeks after start.
