Key Account Manager - Urology - Northern Ireland

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company that emphasizes research and development as a key element of its growth and differentiation in the medical field.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Urology Key Account Manager at the specified location.

We seek a patient-focused individual passionate about making a difference in patients' lives, leveraging their expertise to optimize sales for this new business.

Are you a highly driven, customer-focused, proactive Key Account Manager? Do you have the ability to inspire, influence, and engage with a diverse range of senior stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders?

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Previous or current Key Account Management experience in both Primary & Secondary Care.
  2. Experience influencing and collaborating with payers to identify and address local access barriers.
  3. Strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and its impact on service delivery.
  4. Excellent selling, negotiation, and networking skills.
  5. Exceptional business planning skills, including P&L management.
  6. Advanced influencing and negotiation skills.
  7. Strong analytical skills with high curiosity—ability to turn data into insights for business planning.
  8. Demonstrated strong product and clinical knowledge.
  9. Willingness to support the business outside traditional role boundaries when needed.
