New Leaf Search has partnered with a UK market-leading provider of flexible B2B funding solutions in its search for a Head of Vendor Sales.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is responsible for devising and delivering the sales strategy, driving optimum sales productivity, and ensuring performance meets required objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and manage sales teams, ensuring headcount, training and development needs are met
  • Deliver agreed sales strategy and achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain new and existing vendor relationships alongside account managers
  • Identify, analyse and pursue new market opportunities
  • Represent the business professionally, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements
  • Network extensively within the industry to maintain a strong company and personal profile
