UK (Remote) | Financial Services – Asset Finance & Leasing
£65,000 – £70,000 + Excellent Bonus & Benefits

New Leaf Search is partnering with a global bank-backed financial services organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager within its Commercial Finance division.

This is a key new business role focused on acquiring and managing relationships with UK-based manufacturers, distributors, and dealers. You’ll also support wider group-level initiatives aligned with global and country business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new UK commercial finance business in line with strategic goals

  • Identify and onboard vendors, dealers, and distributors

  • Develop tailored proposals in line with pricing and profitability targets

  • Manage vendor relationships and review performance, pricing, and credit

  • Align closely with internal stakeholders across CF and country leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new business development within commercial or wholesale finance

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable working remotely and travelling extensively across the UK

  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation ability

  • In-country financial services experience essential (Asset Finance preferred)
