We’re recruiting a Lease Administrator to join a specialist lending provider’s Customer Services team. You’ll handle contract data entry, invoicing, customer queries, and contract lifecycle events. Asset Finance experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter contracts and set up direct debits
Produce invoices and VAT statements
Manage customer queries and complaints
Generate settlement figures
Support contract changes (novations, reschedules, extensions)
About You:
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
Positive, flexible team player
Customer-focused with good communication
Experience in Asset Finance or financial services preferred
UK experience in Financial Services, especially Asset Finance and Leasing, is essential. Applications without relevant UK experience will not be considered.
