New Leaf Search is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading European financial services group for a Collections Account Manager within the Asset Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and chase arrears under 60 days

Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

Allocate incoming cash and liaise with Accounts for accuracy

Bill late payment interest where required

Ensure compliance with company policies, Consumer Credit Legislation and DPA

Undertake administrative and ad hoc duties

Candidate Profile:

At least 2 years’ experience in debt collection

Strong Excel and communication skills

Ability to resolve allocation issues

Organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of Alfa system is an advantage
