New Leaf Search has partnered with a multi-national asset finance company to recruit a Senior Business Development Director – IT Channel, as part of an exciting period of strategic growth. This is a high-impact, sales-driven role requiring a proven track record in new business development within the IT sector (hardware, software, peripherals). You will be instrumental in shaping the vertical strategy while actively driving business development across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development within the IT vertical, winning and converting new clients.

  • Build and execute a vertical market strategy aligned with company growth plans.

  • Identify and onboard new vendor/reseller partners in the IT channel.

  • Contribute to product development and enhancement of current offerings.

  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities through strategic relationship building.

Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years’ experience in a leasing sales role, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition.

  • Demonstrated success in developing vendor/reseller portfolios within the IT/Technology sector.

  • Excellent network and commercial acumen within the UK financial services and IT markets.

  • A proactive, ‘hunter’ mindset with a drive to deliver results.

  • UK-based experience in Asset Finance/Leasing is essential.
