Job Description

As a Logistics team member within JYSK, you will be the sole contributor for the operations, running, and development of the Stockport store's warehouses. This role is a critical part of the business and is in one of the fastest-paced and top-performing stores in the JYSK UK group.

As a logistics operative in JYSK Stockport, you will oversee all inbound and outbound deliveries, working with store management to organize and maintain a strong stock level for the team to sell. Part of the role involves keeping an accurate stock file with weekly departmental inventories and ensuring the removal of discontinued articles from the business.

Handling customer orders in-store and online will be part of your daily tasks, including managing our separate click-and-collect service.

The role is operationally demanding and physically active, involving the selling of furniture in bulk. It is also a key role in maintaining and improving the store's high performance. We are looking for highly driven individuals with a strong results orientation to take JYSK Stockport to the next level. After training, the role will evolve into a key holder position, with potential progression into upcoming talent academy programs for future management roles based on performance.
