Overview

Help people rebuild their lives after prison or probation.

We're recruiting a Criminal Justice Interventions Worker to join a brilliant charity supporting clients across Oxfordshire. This is a floating role - covering staff absences to keep caseloads moving forward. You'll usually work from your nearest site but may travel across Oxford, Bicester, and HMP Bullingdon (all travel paid).

Responsibilities
  • Support people with resettlement and rehabilitation
  • Help clients access housing, prepare for work, and set positive goals
What we\'re looking for
  • Experience in criminal justice or supporting vulnerable people (e.g. housing, addiction, mental health)
  • Or a criminology graduate with relevant voluntary experience
  • Flexibility to travel when required

How to apply / Notes

To apply, you must have worked in a role prviously supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals with similar needs to ex-offenders. So you might have worked as a probation officer, resettlement worker, supported housing worker, hostel worker, employment advisor, link worker. The charity are happy to hear from criminology grads or similar who hav worked in voluntary roles working wiht similr client groups i.e. ex-offenders / homelessness etc.
