Job Title: Junior Software Developer

As a Junior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and enterprise-level software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and perform database optimization using SQL Server.
2. Develop enterprise-level applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
3. Create detailed client-facing specifications and ensure requirements are thoroughly understood.
4. Deploy code to both on-premises and hosted platforms.
5. Utilize version control systems and code hosting platforms such as BitBucket and GitHub.
6. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and actively listen to client needs.
7. Ensure code is clean, efficient, error-free, and well-documented.
8. Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features and improve existing ones.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven experience in software development, particularly web development.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.Net, Web-forms, Web-API, and .Net Core.
• Strong background in database programming with SQL Server, including writing queries and stored procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in developing enterprise-level applications.
• Ability to create comprehensive client-facing specifications.
• Experience with deploying code to on-prem and hosted platforms.
• Knowledge of version control systems and code hosting platforms like BitBucket and GitHub.
• Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
• Previous experience utilising AI.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free code.
