Job Title:Junior Web Developer

Location: Remote

Hours:Part time 20 hours per week.

Job Profile

Our client, a growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Web Developer to support their expanding portfolio of client websites.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stage of their web development career whos eager to grow within a collaborative and creative environment. The successful candidate will work on a variety of WordPress-based projects, supporting website maintenance, content updates, and new feature implementation.

While the role is primarily remote, candidates must be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to London for occasional face-to-face meetings.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Performing simple page edits and blog post updates.
  • Updating WordPress versions, themes, and plugins.
  • Assisting in building new landing pages and full websites.
  • Conducting regular site checks to identify and fix layout or functionality issues.

Essential KeySkills & Experience

  • WordPress & WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with Bricks Builder and/or Oxygen Builder.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow visual and technical briefs.

Desirable (but Not Essential)

  • Basic understanding of PHP and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator for light image editing.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about web development with a desire to keep learning.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively within a remote team.
  • UK-based and within commuting distance to London.
