Job description

Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel on a 400-acre farm in the county of Hampshire, just outside of London. In Marle and Hearth restaurants, we prepare food and drink that celebrates simplicity, the seasons, and a sense of place. Hearth Restaurant is opened evenings and Saturday lunch. Hearth is an open plan Restaurant, the food that is served is cooked on an open fire.

Front of House is currently looking for a JuniorWaiter to join our Hearth Restaurant Team.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Be positive and professional with all guests and visitors
  • Has an interest in food and local produce
  • Have a great customer service attitude and work closely with the senior members of the team as well as the kitchen
  • Enjoy offering a great level of service to our guests
  • Have an open schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends
  • Ensure all areas of The Restaurant are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
  • No previous experience in a similar role is required. All training will be provided for those open to learn

Basic salary of £25,500 PA
