CoreTech Security, based in the UK, invites applications for a Junior Consultant starting September 2027. You will join the CoreTech Academy to rapidly upskill in bug hunting and reverse engineering under mentorship, with exposure to diverse projects across the security domain.

The role emphasizes curiosity, persistence and hands-on research on mobile OS and embedded devices, using Ghidra and languages like C/C++, Python or assembly. A passion for cybersecurity is essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in how vulnerabilities in binaries, exploits and their mitigations work.
• Experience with Reverse Engineering on ARM/AArch64, x86, or MIPS.
• Familiarity with OS internals and working in a command shell environment.
• Familiarity with C and/or C++ programming.
• Experience in Python scripting.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts.
• Passion for technology and solving difficult and complex problems.
