Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking a Junior Visual Designer to join our Creative team in Morley. You will help bring creative ideas to life across digital and print channels, collaborating with the Visual Designer and Marketing teams.

You’ll develop assets for paid social, display, web and email, while learning to build reusable templates and maintain brand consistency. A strong portfolio and eagerness to learn are valued; no specific qualifications required beyond portfolio.

Qualifications

• Around two years’ experience in graphic or visual design.
• Strong portfolio across digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of print and pre-press requirements.
• Experience creating Canva templates for colleagues.
• Comfort using AI tools to support ideation and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent flow of polished creative across digital, social, print and other marketing channels.
• Develop and adapt performance-led concepts and creative variants, using campaign learnings to strengthen future work.
• Apply the Vintage.com visual identity consistently while bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
• Translate campaign ideas into engaging static, motion and video assets for different channels, audiences and markets.
• Improve creative turnaround and consistency through reusable templates, organised asset libraries and clear production processes.
• Build strong working relationships across Creative and Marketing, contributing confidently from initial idea to final execution.
