Job summary

DPD Group is seeking a Junior Digital Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels. You will create engaging static assets, animations, and reusable templates while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include producing assets for web, social media and paid marketing, designing motion graphics, and maintaining an asset library to scale design operations across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline (or equivalent portfolio experience).
• Strong online portfolio showcasing static digital design, infographics, carousels and motion graphics/animation work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or InDesign).
• Experience with digital design tools such as Figma or Canva.
• Solid understanding of digital design principles, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Fundamental understanding of export formats and technical requirements across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality static brand assets, infographics, carousel designs and digital ad banners for web, social media and paid campaigns.
• Design and animate video graphics, motion ads and short-form content for social platforms.
• Maintain and organise the central digital asset library and build reusable templates for non-design teams.
