Job summary

emc3 Collective, a multi-award-winning global events agency in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Junior Video Editor/Motion Designer to elevate our in-house visuals. You will create showreels, social videos, case studies, and pitch assets in collaboration with Marketing and New Business teams for our global events portfolio.

You will grow in motion design, colour grading, and audio post-production while contributing to client projects and shaping our visual narrative in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Film Production, Animation, Motion Graphics, or related field.
• Strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating foundational video editing and motion design skills.
• Proficiency in core Adobe Creative Cloud software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with Frame.io and basic project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In-house & marketing content: produce social videos, case studies, promotional materials, and internal brand communications.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Design to craft motion graphics and assets for pitches and client work.
• Support client projects: edit event sessions, wrap-up videos, and on-site/virtual motion assets.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and style frames for campaigns and pitches.
• Source, format, and manage stock footage, audio, and graphics for efficient workflows.
• Maintain brand consistency across internal and client work.
