We’re a video-first content marketing agency helping brands stand out through bold, story-driven video. We’re looking for a talented Junior Creative Editor to join our growing team full-time. About the Role

You’ll be a key part of our team, editing content for big brands doing things differently. You'll bring ideas to life with engaging videos, shape them into standout stories, and collaborate with a creative crew that values freedom and ownership. We’re a fast-growing start-up, so you’ll have plenty of room to experiment, grow, and make your mark from day one.

What You’ll Do

1. Create and edit engaging content for both client projects and Strawberry’s marketing, spanning video, graphics, and other creative assets.
2. Collaborate on creative concepts and production plans.
3. Contribute to project planning, brainstorm in creative sessions, and help shape projects and production ideas.
4. You’ll also be welcome to join us on location shooting - meeting clients and building your profile as a member of the Strawberry team.
5. You’ll be a key part of the Strawberry team. As a growing content agency, we want you to be involved in shaping our future. Your voice and ideas matter.

What We’re Looking For

1. 1–2 years’ experience (freelance, in-house, or agency).
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Full Adobe Suite experience preferable).
3. A creative eye for storytelling and bringing client ideas to life.
4. Adaptability and ownership to thrive in a start-up.
5. Awareness of marketing trends.
6. Willingness to learn and get hands-on with other creative disciplines.
7. Interest in photo and video production.
8. Experience using cameras, recording equipment.
