Role Overview:

We seek a Junior Underwriter interested in bridging finance to support assessing property loans across the UK. Your role will involve evaluating loan applications to ensure they meet risk and compliance standards, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth in property finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Assessment: Review and evaluate bridging loan applications, including property valuations, financials, and borrower profiles.
  • Risk Analysis: Support senior underwriters in assessing risks and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Documentation Review: Verify key documents like title deeds, contracts, and income proofs.
  • Communication: Interact with clients, brokers, and solicitors to gather information and clarify queries.
