We do this by empowering football clubs, agents, and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.

Brief intro to the role:

We’re on the lookout for a talented UI Product Designer to join our experienced team in London. Whether you’re a football fanatic or not, this is your chance to design smart, intuitive tools that are used by thousands of players, agents, and club-users around the world. You’ll be working at the heart of a high-impact, fast-paced environment where design truly makes a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

As a UI Designer, you’ll focus on creating refined, engaging user interfaces across our platform. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and fellow Designers to translate concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.

  • Design polished, developer-ready UIs in Figma, grounded in input from product stakeholders and aligned with our evolving design system.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback from your team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth implementation by supporting developers with detailed handovers and ongoing collaboration.
  • Handle design variations and edge cases with care, ensuring every user journey feels considered.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Participate in regular design critiques and knowledge-sharing with our collaborative design team.
Who you are:
  • Confident using Figma and experienced in creating polished, responsive designs for both web and native apps.
  • Have an eye for clean, uncluttered visual design and a strong grasp of UI/UX principles.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and keen to grow through collaboration and critique.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a cross-functional team.
  • You likely have 1–3 years of experience or a portfolio that shows off your UI design skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to shape great user experiences – football knowledge optional, but enthusiasm is a must.
