Job summary

Reed in Cheltenham is seeking a Treasury Assistant on a hybrid, fixed-term contract (12-15 months) to build a long-term career in finance and accounting. You’ll gain exposure to treasury and financial reporting while receiving comprehensive training.

You'll help with journals, reconciliations, cashbook processes, cash flow forecasts, invoicing, and reports using Excel and Power BI, developing strong accounting skills in a supportive environment.

• Assisting with journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting daily cashbook processes and financial transactions.
• Preparing cash flow forecasts and treasury-related reports.
• Assisting with invoice raising and finance administration.
• Producing reports and analysis using Excel and Power BI.
• Supporting financial reporting and statutory accounting activities.
• Helping document financial processes and controls.
• Working closely with experienced finance professionals to support business reporting requirements.
