Junior/Trainee Hydraulic Engineer

Location: Ramsgate, Kent

Salary: £26,000 per annum + Early Finish on a Friday + Dedicated Training & Company Benefits

Are you looking for dedicated training, development, and progression within a well-established company in the aviation sector?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior/Graduate Engineer to join a multibillion turnover company, offering dedicated training, development, and career advancement within the industry.

You will work within a small, specialist team conducting hydraulic testing of pumps, motors, valves, actuators, servos, and landing gears from various rotary and fixed-wing aircraft platforms.

Ideally, you will be located within a commutable distance to Ramsgate and have some experience or knowledge of hydraulics.

The Role:
  • Hydraulic testing of pumps, motors, valves, actuators, servos, and landing gears.
  • Fault diagnosis of hydraulic and mechanical fluid power systems.
  • Performing daily and weekly maintenance checks of test rigs.
  • Working hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, and 3:30pm finish on Friday.
The Person:
  • Some hydraulic knowledge or a degree in hydraulics/pneumatics.
