A well-established and growing firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Bury is offering an exciting opportunity for a Level 4 qualified Junior or Trainee Financial Planner to take their next step in the profession.
This is a rare chance to inherit a warm, well-maintained client book from a retiring advisor, while developing your skills in a supportive, close-knit team environment.
The Opportunity:
Take over a high-quality client bank of around 100 clients, generating approx. £80K recurring income
Build client relationships at your own pace with ongoing mentoring and support
Access to new leads and referrals from day one—advisors in the firm are at capacity
Benefit from full paraplanning and administration support
Hybrid working from modern offices in Bury
Real succession planning in place—two more advisor retirements expected in the next few years
Who This Role Would Suit:
We’re looking for someone who is Level 4 Diploma qualified and ready to start (or continue) their journey as a Financial Planner. You may already have 4-12 months of advising experience, or be in a non-advising role (e.g. paraplanning or technical support) and feel it’s time to step up—especially if your current firm isn’t providing the opportunities you’re looking for.
