Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a junior/trainee Engineer with a renewables or electrical background to join a Belfast office. You will receive in-house training and progression to become a fully-fledged Engineer and Estimator.

The role focuses on costing and pricing Solar PV projects, taking tenders from customers, and collaborating with design and installation teams to keep projects on time and within budget. Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.

Are you a junior or trainee Engineer from a renewables / electrical background looking for an exciting role where you can kick start your career in the renewables sector, with excellent in-house training and progression to make you a more well-rounded Engineer and Estimator?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work on bespoke renewable projects for a range of high-profile clients all over the UK.

In this office-based role you will be responsible for the costing and pricing of large-scale residential and commercial Solar PV projects. You will take tenders and enquiries from customers and liaise closely with the design and installation teams to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will receive full in-house training and development to become a well-rounded Estimator.

This well-established Renewables company work with a broad range of clients across the UK and Ireland. They have seen major growth since their establishment in 2008 and continue to build a loyal client base with an ever-increasing workload.

This role would suit a junior or trainee Engineer with renewables and electrical experience looking to take the next step in their career and become a fully-fledged Engineer and Estimator, with a company that will value their development with further progression to senior positions.

The Role:
