Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join the Trading Operations Team at Green Man Gaming as a Junior Trading Operations Associate. The team manages merchandising, products, pricing, and stock. They serve as the central contact point for website merchandising, promotion implementation, pricing, stock management, and product setup/maintenance.

Please note, after a probationary period, the working hours will primarily be in the evening (UK time) to support our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain digital merchandising, products, distribution, and content for the website in a fast-paced environment.
2. Manage the distribution, maintenance, and stock levels of keys.
3. Create promotional page content, site search info, and other promotional activities.
4. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service levels.
5. Update product pages with publisher assets and details.
6. Coordinate product releases and merchandising.
7. Manage and update product pricing.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills across all levels.
2. Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
3. Proficiency with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps, especially Google Sheets.
4. Experience in stakeholder management within a fast-paced retail or industry environment.
5. Understanding of HTML and CSS.
6. Experience in e-commerce and content management systems.
7. Ability to work independently and proactively.
8. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
10. Interest or knowledge of the video games industry.
