Responsibilities

• Act as primary support for the trading desks, handling ad-hoc queries from traders and stakeholders
• Perform daily PnL reconciliation and reporting, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Monitor pricing and risk, identifying and escalating issues where necessary
• Serve as the first point of contact for operational and trade-related issues
• Investigate breaks across internal systems, brokers, and exchanges, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them
• Contribute to process improvements and controls to reduce manual work and operational risk
• Work on data-driven projects to improve reporting, transparency, and operational efficiency

Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Trading Operations Analyst to join the DV Commodities team in London.This is a middle-office role, working closely with traders and senior operations to support the day-to-day running of the trading desks. You will monitor trading activity, resolve issues in real-time, and help improve the processes and tools that underpin the company’s performance.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment.
