Job summary

STORM in Peterborough seeks a Junior Warehouse Technician to help prepare, test and maintain our technical equipment, ensuring every job leaves the warehouse ready for site. The role offers hands-on training across STORM’s gear, systems and processes and a clear pathway into the live events industry.

As part of a hands-on team, you will keep equipment organised, assist with loading, and support delivery for shows while developing technical knowledge for future progression.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pick and pack equipment accurately against job requirements.
• Test equipment before dispatch and report faults or damage.

• Maintain high standards of warehouse organisation, cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with loading and unloading STORM vehicles.
• Support basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Use STORM systems to maintain accurate equipment records.
• Collaborate with Technical, Production and Warehouse teams to meet deadlines.
• Support onsite technical delivery when required.
• Develop technical knowledge of STORM equipment.

The Junior Warehouse Technician supports the preparation, return and maintenance of STORM’s technical equipment, helping ensure every job leaves the warehouse correctly prepared, tested and ready for site.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking to build a career within live events and technical production. Training will be provided across STORM’s equipment, systems and warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities
