Job summary

Hirecracker is seeking a Planner to join our London team to support senior planners on large-scale projects and contribute to planning applications and strategies.

Ideal candidates hold RTPI/RICS accredited qualification, with strong analytical and written communication skills, and the ambition to progress toward RTPI chartership, while maintaining an energetic and proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic qualifications with an RTPI/RICS accredited qualification.
• Ambition and drive to influence and contribute to the development of large-scale, high-profile projects.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.
• Energetic, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel.
• Ideally, candidates will already have RTPI chartership or be working towards submission in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful development of significant projects, supporting senior planners in achieving project goals.
• Assist with project management of external consultant teams, ensuring the needs of clients and all relevant stakeholders are met.
• Provide high-quality analysis, research, and written reports, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
• Support the submission of planning applications and planning strategies, assisting with the overall management of projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
