Job Title: Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international law firm in their KSA office. The firm is seeking a talented Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate to join their dynamic and market-leading finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Banking and Finance: Advising on loan agreements, syndications, and financial instruments.
  • Project Finance: Structuring and negotiating infrastructure and energy financing transactions.
  • Debt Capital Markets: Advising on bond issuances, sukuk, and debt instruments.
  • Banking Regulations: Navigating compliance in Saudi Arabia.

Collaborate with seasoned lawyers across jurisdictions and support high-profile clients, including financial institutions, corporates, and government entities.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience: 1-5 years PQE in finance law.
  • Legal Qualification: KSA-qualified lawyer (dual qualification advantageous).
  • Language Skills: Native-level Arabic (written and spoken); fluency in English required.
  • Finance Expertise: Experience in banking, project finance, debt markets, or banking regulations.
