We’re partnering with a leading baby product brand that’s looking for a passionate and driven Junior Textile Designer to join their creative team. • Support senior designers in developing new textile concepts and product designs
• Carry out trend research and market analysis to help shape seasonal direction
• Assist in the creation of mood boards, color palettes, and material references
• Prepare clear and professional design presentations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Contribute to the development of nursery-ready products aligned with brand identity
• Work closely with teams across product development and engineering to bring designs to life

What We’re Looking For:

• Actively participate in design reviews, offering fresh ideas and supporting design updates
• A degree or relevant experience in textile, fashion, or product design (or similar field)
• Up to 2 years of experience (including internships or placements)
• Passionate about baby products, lifestyle design, and emerging consumer trends
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; digital drawing experience is a bonus
• Strong understanding of color, texture, and form, with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic awareness of how design translates to production, including material constraints
• Capable of compiling research, creating mood boards, and clearly presenting ideas
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills
