What you will do
  • Receive structured training alongside experienced team members to build knowledge and sales skills.
  • Develop your own territory and customer portfolio after a detailed onboarding period.
  • Sell high-quality, technically advanced products to qualified industrial customers.
  • Provide on-site product demonstrations, training, and technical support.
  • Respond to technical sales enquiries via phone and email, prepare quotations, and follow up.
  • Attend customer visits, installations, and industry trade fairs across the region.
  • Work closely with the internal support team to deliver exceptional service from first contact to after-sales support.
What you will have
  • At least 1 year in technical sales/engineering experience, ideally with knowledge of tool clamping, milling, or machining technologies.
  • Completed technical education, degree not essential, ideally in mechanical, manufacturing, or technical engineering fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect and sell to a variety of decision makers.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Customer service focused with a proactive approach to building relationships.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
