Job summary

Ambius Junior Team Leader at Rentokil Initial Group seeks a proactive individual to lead a Technicians team across a broad Midlands, North West and South West region. You will manage daily duties, plan routes for maximum customer time, and support field operations while maintaining safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, driving across a wide area, and opportunities to earn bonuses through performance and commission schemes.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License held for 2 years minimum.
• Ideally have experience in horticulture.
• Interested in plants and plantcare.
• Experience of coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
• Leadership skills in a work environment.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• To manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
• To ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including - Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Planning of the routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time
• Field support days
• Maintenance and installing Christmas displays
• Quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock
• Driving as role covers a large geographical area
• Hands on servicing, when required
