West End, London (Hybrid Working)

Are you looking to build on your currentsecretarial experience to develop as an Assistant within a fast-paced, global investment environment? This is aunique opportunity to join a global investment firm as a Junior Team Assistant, supporting an international investment team.

You’ll support the team with diary management, coordinating meetings across time zones, arranging international travel, and preparing itineraries; gaining valuable exposure to the workings of a top-tier investment business. To succeed in this role, you'll have a very professional, confident manner, a calm approach, and excellent organisational skills. You will have proven secretarial experience and ideally extracurricular activities that demonstrate your ability to work with people of all levels, operate in an international environment and thrive under pressure.
