Award-winning executive search consultancy Tiro Associates Ltd has a new opportunity to join our team.

As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to source passive candidates through networking as well as complex Internet searches. We want you to go beyond basic sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards, sourcing candidates via blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, networking sites, alumni associations, and advanced Boolean and x-ray searches on Google.

The Talent Scout role is the first step toward becoming an expert Head Hunter. Tiro is committed to staff development and training, offering both on-the-job and external training, with support to achieve a professional recruitment qualification. Tiro is a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, and all team members are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice.

What we need from you:

• Degree qualified (or equivalent, educated to at least A Level standard)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Personable, proactive, motivated, eager to learn
• Proficient in PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Detail-oriented
