Job Description:

Award-winning executive search consultancy Tiro Associates Ltd has a new opportunity to join our team.

As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to source passive candidates through networking and complex internet searches. We want you to go beyond basic sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards, sourcing candidates through blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, networking sites, alumni associations, Boolean and x-ray searches on Google, and more.

The role of Talent Scout is the first step towards becoming an expert Head Hunter. Tiro is committed to staff development and training, offering both on-the-job and external training, with support to achieve a professional recruitment qualification. Tiro is a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, and all our team are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified or equivalent (educationally at least A Level standard)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Personable, proactive, motivated, eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Detail-oriented
