Job Description:

Award-winning executive search consultancy Tiro Associates Ltd has a new opportunity to join our team.

As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to source passive candidates through networking and complex internet searches. We want you to go beyond basic sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards and explore channels like blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, alumni associations, and perform Boolean and x-ray searches on Google.

The Talent Scout role is the first step toward becoming an expert Head Hunter. Tiro is committed to staff development and training, providing both on-the-job and external training, and supporting you to obtain a professional recruitment qualification. We are a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, and all our team are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice.

What we need from you:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent, educated to at least A Level standard)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Personable, proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented

What we offer:

  • A positive, team-focused, friendly environment
  • Attractive salary plus commission
  • Pension
  • 29 days holiday (including your birthday and bank holidays), increasing to 34 days after 2 years of service
  • Team days out (e.g., ghost hunting, clay pigeon shooting, F1 experience, horror movies at Cineworld)
